Shipping Information
BOOKS: Please allow 7 – 10 days shipping for all paperback books. Hardbacks take an additional 15 days for a total of 22 – 25 days.
Book Returns will only be refunded if a copy of the book, specifying the problem with the book enclosed, is snail mailed to our headquarters. Once Dr. Williams receives the item and approves the refund, checks will be disbursed within 2 weeks.
MP3 AUDIO: No refunds without an email specifying and including the error message(s) received as well as a complete description of the problem. Please allow 2 weeks for refund checks to be disbursed if Dr. Williams approves the refund.
For all Blowing Up Barriers Enterprises workshops, payment can be refunded until 7 days prior to the event. After 7 days prior, no refunds can be given; it will be too close to the day of the event.
